A
n expert consultant for companies in Time Management wanted to surprise those attending his conference. He produced a large, wide-mouthed jar from under his desk. He placed it on the table, next to a tray of stones the size of a fist, and asked:

- How many stones do you think will fit in the jar?

After the attendees made their guesses, he began poking stones until he filled the jar.

Then he asked:
- It is full?

Everybody saw it and agreed. Then he took out a bucket of gravel from under the table. He put some of the gravel into the jar and shook it. The pebbles penetrated the spaces left by the large stones.
The expert smiled wryly and repeated:
- It is full?

This time the listeners doubted:
- Maybe not.
- All right!

And he put on the table a bucket of sand that began to pour into the jar. The sand seeped into the little nooks left by the stones and gravel.
- Is it well packed? he asked again.
- No! The assistants exclaimed.

Good, he said, and took a one-liter jug of water which he began to pour into the flask. The flask was not yet overflowing. - Well, what have we shown? He asked.

One student replied:

- That no matter how full your schedule is, if you try, you can always make more things fit.
- No! The expert concluded: what this lesson teaches us is that if you don't place the big stones first, you will never be able to place them later. What are the big stones in your life?.

Your children, your friends, your dreams, your health, the person you love? Or is it your job, your meetings, your business trips, power or money? The choice is yours. Once you've made up your mind ... put those stones first. The rest will find its place.

Everything can be achieved in this life. Make your dreams come true and live happily.
