Two Wolves

An old Native American was talking to his grandson.
He says:
- "I feel like I have two wolves fighting in my heart.
One of them is a wolf angry, violent and vengeful:
The other is full of love and compassion. "
The grandson asked:
- "Grandpa, tell me which of the two wolves will win the fight in your heart?"
The grandfather answered:
- "That which I feed" ...
We feed so many things without knowing it, without realizing ....

Every time we talk with pessimism, every time we point out errors without building something in return, every time we complain, we are feeding one of two wolves ...

We mobilize all our energies in that direction, we change our posture, secrete other hormones ... are well studied, the changes occurring in our body as an effect of anxiety, all that leaves its mark on our body, our soul, and everything that surrounds us.

Because as the Orientals say "like attracts like him," and if we issue only pessimism, hopelessness and criticism, that is what we attract into our lives.

Always, absolutely always, we have the power to change. Sometimes we can not change things, but our point of view.

We can always choose.

ALWAYS.

Which of the wolves food today?
